Like her character Wednesday Addams, Jenna Ortega became extremely fond of her Nevermore Academy roommate Emma Myers while they were filming their hit Netflix series in the middle of Romania from September 2021 to March 2022.
‘She’s a sweetheart. She’s a real person,” the 20-year-old from Cali gushed on Monday’s episode of “Artchair Expert with Dax Shepard and Monica Padman.”
“We go very naturally. I feel very easy around her. I woke up every day in Romania and before I knew it, I was making her voice memos and singing her a new song every day, talking about how beautiful and wonderful she was and how she was going to have the best day ever. . I’ve never had that desire or desire for anyone else.’
Jenna – who admitted she changed lines and was unprofessional on set – said she doesn’t think she’s ever been ‘so protective of someone’ before meeting the 20-year-old from Florida, who plays bubbly werewolf Enid Sinclair.
‘I think about it all the time. I just want to make sure she’s fine and well,” Ortega added.
