Lisa Vanderpump reveals if Tom Schwartz ‘knew’ about Tom, Raquel’s affair

Lisa Vanderpump thinks Tom Schwartz knew his best friend and business partner Tom Sandoval was having an affair with their co-star Raquel Leviss.

“I think they’re so close that he knew something, but we’re going to find out,” the “Vanderpump Rules” matriarch, 62, said on Wednesday’s highly anticipated episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”

Cohen also asked Vanderpump about a popular theory among fans that Schwartz, 40, knew about Sandoval, 39, and Leviss’ relationship — which has since been dubbed “Scandoval” — and covered it up for them by making it hot his story about kissing Leviss. divorce from Katie Maloney.

“I think they’re so close, I mean I’d be less surprised if you said Schwartz and Sandy got together instead of Sandoval and Raquel,” Vanderpump joked as the crowd laughed. “I think he sits on the fence as hard as he is on his ass. … He tries to calm everything down and play both sides.”

Former cast member Stassi Schroeder also said she believes Schwartz and Leviss’ make-out sessions were just a “cover up” for the “full on affair” that was actually going on behind Ariana Madix’s back.

“It sounds like something Sandoval would have come up with,” Schroder, 34, said on Wednesday’s episode of her “Straight Up With Stassi” podcast. He would say, ‘That would be a great way to cover up.’ It’s a cover. And Raquel [was] how yes’.”

Sandoval previously denied that Schwartz knew in the first of two separate apologies after fans began boycotting their new restaurant, Schwartz & Sandy’s.

“Schwartz specifically only learned about this recently, and he definitely did not condone my actions,” Sandoval claimed in a statement Saturday.

Schwartz did not directly address the issue, nor did he confirm or deny prior knowledge.

Sandoval and Leviss sent shockwaves through the Bravo lineup after Page Six confirmed that Madix, 37, left her boyfriend of nearly ten years after seeing a sexually explicit video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone Wednesday night.

Sources told Us that Madix learned a few more details after watching the video — including that they had been “inappropriately communicating” since “last summer” and the two had “slept over Tom and Ariana’s house when Ariana was out of town “.

“Ariana was blindsided by the cheating,” another insider told Us at the time, adding that Madix “had no idea there was a problem” in her relationship and felt “betrayed” by her ex.

Leviss apologized to Madix via Instagram on Wednesday and blamed the relationship on her “addiction to being and feeling love.”

Despite Sandoval and Leviss both sharing lengthy statements, neither has revealed the current status of their relationship. An insider previously told Us that the two “kissed” on camera for upcoming episodes of Scandoval, but their relationship may have taken a serious hit since the breakup.

“Tom hasn’t been able to track down Raquel for several days,” a source told Page Six on Wednesday. “He has asked mutual acquaintances if they have heard from her at all, but no luck. He cannot contact her.”
