Celebrate the opening of Discovery Green’s The Rink this Friday! There will be music by Yung Chris DJ, skating instructors showing off their skating skills and the Daisies and Pancakes skate community.
Get there early and be part of the first 50 skaters in line who will be able to skate for free from 5pm to 7pm.

Story time with author Andrea Bauer
Andrea Bauer is an expert on children’s story time. She knows how to create wonderful and interesting worlds for children to enjoy, as evidenced by her picture book Tino Valentino: The Tale of a Puppy Dog Without a Tail. This Friday, she will read from that book to children at the Woodland Children’s Museum. After the reading, she will sell and sign copies of her book.
