350-Pound NFL Giant Who Dwarfed Arnold Schwarzenegger Could Be Protecting Aaron Rodgers Next Season

Aaron Rodgers has yet to finalize his move to the New York Jets, pending pending negotiations between his potential new team and the Packers. However, his desire to join Gang Green may have multiplied greatly this week after seeing one of his future leaders. Mekhi Becton stood tall alongside some of the greatest men, past and present, on earth, and paled in comparison. And A-Rod must be impressed.
Becton stood next to one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time and one of the deadliest UFC heavyweights of all time, towering over them with his 6ft 7in frame. Of course there have been many concerns about the health and fitness of the game. And Mekhi seems to be taking offseason preparation to a whole new level.

7x Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t foresee any possible scenario where he was the youngest of three men in a photo. However, the 75-year-old former governor of California is long past his bodybuilding prime. Arnold had to let the next generation pass. Louisville offensive lineman Mekhi Becton entered.
Jet trained with Arnold and former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou. “Just chilling with some goats,” Big Ticket Becton tweeted from the gym.

“It was my honor, even though you guys made me look like a little chicken,” the Terminator star said, retweeting Ngannou’s post.

A fit Becton could solve A-Rod and the Jets’ problems
Becton’s availability for the 2023 season will be a huge plus for the Jets. Things get easier if the 363-pound Mekhi is there to protect a 39-year-old Aaron Rodgers, entering his 19th season in the league. However, if the last two seasons serve as an example, Becton’s case becomes significantly weaker. The 23-year-old missed almost all of the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons with major knee injuries.
And it is the same right knee that has been the source of all the problems for the youth. After surgically repairing it in 2021, the former 11th overall first-round pick from the 2020 draft once again tore his kneecap during practice before the 2022 season.

The Jets and Green Bay Packers continue their negotiations for Aaron Rodgers. Meanwhile, Mekhi Becton looks set to spend a full year on the field and not on the sidelines. Whether Rodgers or someone else will be protected remains to be seen.
