“Has the Best-Looking Upper Body”: Slovak Bodybuilding Beast, Michael Krizo, Believes Brandon Curry Should Have Placed Higher Than 4th at 2022 Mr. Olympia
Slovakian bodybuilding sensation Michal Krizo was among the hottest prospects in last year’s Mr. Olympia competition. However, Krizo did not break the top ten in his first Mr. Olympia. Almost a month has passed since the most prestigious annual bodybuilding competition and Krizo has expressed his opinion. Earlier, the bodybuilding beast uploaded a video on his YouTube channel talking about the results of Mr. Olympia 2022. In a statement that may surprise many bodybuilding fans, Krizo said that Brandon Curry deserved more than a fourth-place finish at last year’s Mr. Olympia.
Many fans and experts felt that Mr. Olympia 2022 was the most competitive and exciting edition of the pageant in recent memory. Last year, newcomers like Andrew Jacked, Samson Dauda and Derek Lunsford did well. They even beat many bodybuilding veterans. However, Krizo explained why he thought that the former Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry should have been a higher position.

What the bodybuilding star thought of Brandon Curry’s physique
In his latest YouTube video, the Slovakian bodybuilder said he liked Brandon Curry’s physique when he was in person. Throughout the video, the cameraman asked Krizos some questions about last year’s Mr. Olimpia. “I saw him ranking higher than fourth,” the bodybuilding beast said of former champion Brandon Curry. “He has the most beautiful upper body in my opinion, round and beautiful.” Added the Slovakian bodybuilder.
However, Krizo also explained where Curri was missing. “The conditioning was not in place,” Krizo said in the video. Many fans and pundits made the same statement about Curry. However, like Krizo, others thought Curry should have been ranked higher.
Krizo said he and Curry met offstage during the competition. According to the Slovak, Curry has no ego and is also a fan of newcomers. Michal Krizo said that he had a conversation with former Mr. Olympia and they took a picture together. The bodybuilding beast also gave his opinion on the other contestants, including the competition’s two best bodybuilders.
What does Krizo think about the champion and runner-up?
At Mr. Olympia 2022, the top five lineup changed as defending champion Big Ramy finished in 5th place. Hadi Choopan, who finished third in 2021, won his first Mr. Olympia title. Meanwhile, newcomer Derek Lunsford finished in second place. Krizo agreed with the results. He said Derek Lunsford looked good and was “stronger at the back” than Choopan.

However, according to Krizo, Hadi Choopan was ahead of Lunsford from the front. “Compared to Choopan, he was soft from the front,” Krizo said.
