Arnold Schwarzenegger and his endless nightmare
Before the success of his blockbuster Conan the Barbarian, the famous Schwarzenegger was called for a candid interview about his rise to fame and in the Hollywood industry. During this conversation, the superstar revealed an unknown truth about himself and a specific nightmare that Schwarzenegger had before he started shooting a new movie.
According to the interview reported by Vanity Fair, he said: “A week or so before I start, I always have a nightmare. In the dream, I’m sitting naked in the dark, cameras ready to roll. And I’m not prepared—I’m not dressed, the scene isn’t ready, and I don’t know what I’m trying to shoot. Then I wake up, and it’s the middle of the night, and I look around and think, Wait, I’m not ready.”

Maybe the nightmare has some meaning to him, but the action hero is not one to sit and interpret his dreams. “For me, analysis takes the fun out of it. Can you imagine if you intellectualized the s**t?” asked Schwarzenegger. Apart from this interview, Schwarzenegger never talked about the nightmare in any other conversation. The only dream the actor believed in was to make fitness and gyms a must in America and he successfully fulfilled it. But it wasn’t easy either.
