Joey Swoll Undergoes Potential Life Saving Surgery for Heart Issue

Joey Swoll has recently suffered a health concern related to his heart.
It appears that Joey Swoll recently underwent life-saving surgery for a genetic irregularity with his heart. The well-known bodybuilding and fitness figure reported the news on social media and confirmed that the survey was a success.
Without our health, we have almost nothing. Having all the wealth, accolades, fame and glory means absolutely nothing without good health. After his recent health scare, Joey Swoll understands this notion all too well. The popular bodybuilding figure had recently been suffering from chest pains, a symptom of what he would learn was a genetic abnormality in his heart. Instead of ignoring the issue, Joey decided it was time to see a cardiologist for the chest pain.
And it was a good thing he did.
In a recent post on his social media, Joey Swoll revealed that the genetic abnormality in his heart required surgery. This operation was actually a life saving operation.
A Life Saving Surgery
In his latest Instagram post, Joey expressed how grateful he was to take the matter seriously.
“I had a bit of a scare last week when I found out I had some genetic abnormalities with my heart. I’ve been feeling a little down and in pain for a while now and I finally decided to stop being a “tough guy” and go get it checked out. Thank God I did. I ended up in surgery for a few hours to fix the problem and was back on my feet that night, feeling great and my heart is as strong as ever.
“I am so grateful to my cardiologist and the wonderful nurses and staff at Hoag Hospital who took such great care of me. My message to all of you is please, if you feel tired, if you are in pain, get checked out! It could be nothing and you’re fine, or it could save your life like mine. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.”
